Vetspin operates with highly qualified personnel (graduated in Veterinary Medicine, Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technology and Veterinary Biotechnology) who undergo continuous training within the company or at accredited organizations. The aim is a constant collaboration and improvement to assure updated methods and techniques depending on study requirements.
The presence of a Quality Assurance program, consisting of study-, facility- and procedure-based audit, ensures the internal control of the GLP and GCP requirements; moreover a system of procedures allows managing all the critical and salient points for the performance of the studies. Quality Assurance has also the task of preparing the test facility to the biennial GLP regulatory authority inspection.

There is a system of procedures to organize the various stages of the study and the processes of the facility. The Quality Assurance Unit performs audits to the study, both on documents and on the experimental phases. Quality control of data is part of the quality assurance and has the duty to verify the correctness of the data processing and the input of the data in the study.
Biostatistics & Data Management – Protocol design, validation, and statistical reporting.
Documents needed for the conduct of the experiment and study milestones are produced in agreement with regulatory standards and archived at the end of the study in appropriate conditions of storage and confidentiality.
